Market Update

November housing data for Puget Sound counties King, Pierce, and Snohomish.

King County home prices are up from last year 7.5% overall from 2012, but the number of sales is down 2.7%.

Pierce County prices are up 7.5% and Snohomish is up 14%.

The inventory, or number, of homes for sale is mixed from November last year. Fewer homes are for sale in East Bellevue -11%, and Madison Park/Capital Hill -18%. However, more are for sale in the Renton Highlands +32%, Beacon Hill +16%, Burien +26%, Kirkland +12% and West Seattle +24%.
