Sarah was our agent in the sale of our Phantom Lake home and in the purchase of our Lakemont home a year later. We interviewed numerous agents when listing our Phantom Lake home, and Sarah impressed us with her knowledge of the market as well as our particular neighborhood. Though we still had some remodeling work to do, Sarah understood our vision and pointed out where she thought our remodeling efforts would best be spent. She even provided some thoughful ideas that ended up saving us quite a bit of money and effort. She let us know her thoughts on listing price both with and without the updates, and these seemed to be the most reasonable compared to the other estimates we were given. When we put our home on the market we received multiple offers, and Sarah presented us with all the information and negotiated on our behalf. In the end, our house sold quickly for more than $50K over the list price. When it came time to purchase a new home, we considered many different properties - from large projects to beautiful move-in ready homes. I’m sure we were not the easiest clients! Sarah was patient with our varied selections, and strived to understand what it was we were looking for. She was always ready to show us new listings and was able to point out nice finishes as well as evident short-cuts taken by previous owners that we otherwise might have missed. In the process of finding our dream home, Sarah helped us make six offers or back-up offers. We ultimately ended up with a gorgeous home in one of our top neighborhoods - we couldn’t be happier!
